New patient appointments are typically scheduled for 60 minutes and include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. During your first appointment we will discuss your health history and current symptoms. Together we will identify your goals for treatment and put together an individualized treatment plan. Follow up appointments are typically scheduled for 25 minutes, though we may schedule longer appointments based on your individual needs. During follow up appointments we will discuss any changes in your symptoms and adjust your medication or other aspects of your treatment plan as needed. Yes, we are in-network with the following health insurance providers:

Costs will vary based on your insurance plan. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage and to find out if you will have any out-of-pocket costs.

If you are not using health insurance to pay for services, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what the charges could be for services provided to you at MTM Psychiatry. Please contact us to receive an estimate if this applies to you.

Yes! At this time all appointments are conducted via telehealth using HIPAA-compliant software.
